Imagem Music Group acquires and manages music publishing rights. We were formed in 2007 as a partnership between CP Masters BV and Dutch pension fund APG.
Our first round of acquisitions comprised Rondor UK, Zomba UK, 19 Music and the BBC Music catalogue. These are now managed by group subsidiary Imagem Music UK.
In April 2008 Imagem Music Group acquired Boosey & Hawkes, the world’s leading publisher of classical music.
